†The sensor is single-use; only the transmitter is reusable. Follow the Instructions for Use for transmitter care, reuse limits and replacement.

‡Routine calibration is not required during normal use. A blood glucose check may still be required if symptoms do not match sensor readings or when instructed by the system or Instructions for Use.

§Automatic data transfer and alerts require a compatible smartphone, supported app and operating system, Bluetooth connectivity and appropriate settings, including enabled notifications for alerts. Data sharing requires user authorization, compatible devices/services and internet connectivity. Data may be delayed or interrupted. Alerts and shared data are not intended for emergency monitoring.
